Beau Redmond won First Prize when he was 14 in the adult category at New Orlean's Spring Fiesta and returns to images of his native Crescent City in a special exhibit "Remembering New Orleans". After graduating from Washington & Lee University he continued to paint, having 2 sellout exhibitions at The Downtown gallery in the 1960's. Later expanding into Alabama, North Carolina & Florida, he continues to win awards and, as he says at 74 "can't paint fast enough or drink enough coffee & chickory."
